Review of Billings Touch published on Appstorm network

Review on January 31st, 2010 1 Comment

I am proud to announce that my second review for the Appstorm network has been published. For three days, I tested the mobile app Billings Touch in and out with all possible scenarios (and impossible) and thanks to the generous folks at Marketcircle — here’s a shout to Ryan Cash! —  I was able to even test drive the features of the paid version of Billings Touch.

For those of you who don’t know: Billings allows you to track time and expenses for projects and even create and send out invoices to your clients. The UI is amazingly clean and simple so that even I, who doesn’t have a very intimate relationship with numbers, only needed a short time to get familiar with the app. Even though there are still some things that can be improved, Billings Touch is a very solid application and I am looking forward to use it on a regular basis. With 2Do, a beautiful task management app from GuidedWays, and iCal that is now possible.

Dropbox provides an easy, reliable and cheap (if not free) solution to your worries. Read more »

Review: 1Password — The One App You Shouldn’t Live Without

Review on December 11th, 2009 No Comments

A bold statement in the title, I know. The password & software license manager as well as form filler though is one of the apps that no Mac user should lack. It not only helps to drastically improve security, it gives you peace of mind knowing that even though you might forget your password or misplace a software license, 1Password has the information stored away safely.
